Project Monitoring

Funders need independent project monitoring to properly manage their security and risk during the development process. At every step of the development process, CHADILS’ highly qualified and experienced team of surveyors will make sure that clients are kept fully informed of their status and advancement. We undertake project monitoring, preferably from the initial stage of the project or from the time the first invoice is raised by the main contractor against the work done.


The project progress is monitored over the course of invoice submissions, and any discrepancy on the invoice raised against the BOQ will be discussed with the initiator and conveyed to the contractor.


We have the site knowledge and experience to judge the progress and will recommend accordingly to the client.
